  • To provide expertise, advice and support to carers and families of people with end of life care needs

How the service is funded

  • The service is free but is provided by Hospiscare and funded by Seaton & District Hospital League of Friends

How you can help this service to continue

  • Make a charitable donation to Seaton & District Hospital League of Friends and Gift Aid it, if appropriate, to make your donation go further
  • Leave a gift to Seaton & District Hospital League of Friends in your will (as many have done) which can make a massive difference to the care we can fund in your community. It may even, in certain circumstances, reduce the Inheritance Tax on your estate. Your solicitor or other professional advisor can help you include such a gift in your will in the correct way to ensure your wishes are followed
  • Support the League's charity shops in Fore Street, Seaton (next to Akermans and Temptations old shop) either as a customer or by donating your unwanted clothes, bric-a-brac, books etc
  • Become a volunteer with the League by giving a few hours of your time. We have opportunities in our charity shop and at fundraising events.

December 2018 - The League are proud to announce, Hospiscare@Home have won the End of Life Care Award at the Markel 3rd Sector Care Awards in London. The award was presented by Dame Ester Rantzen.
